Help Please with Mark on a Figurine

    Hello Everyone - I am trying to figure out the mark on this figurine. It looks like a highly stylized R or E in a circle but it could also be a shield. The figurine stands about 7 1/4" tall, 4 3/4" across and 3" deep. Has a soft matte finish. Relatively heavy in size to most of the figurines I come across. Any help would very much appreciated. Thank you!
