Hello from Australia

    Evening all
    I've joined the forum as I clean out my parent's marital home of 60 years as they prepare to leave the family sugar cane farm near Bundaberg, Queensland. We have lots of 'treasures', some handed down from my grandparents generation and we're keen to know the story of the items.
    Both my husband and I value history and heritage, appreciate our ancestry (English, German, Scottish) and the pioneers who opened up our beautiful but hard country.
    Hoping you can share your knowledge as I post some random photos of said 'treasures' for your opinions and advice.
    Hope all is well in this crazy COVID-19 world wherever you may be.
