Help with a little seascape

    Hi everyone. I was hoping to get a little help with this little painting I picked up at a thrift shop. Not sure of the age. It looks like it was reframed at some point with some information written on the back. I can't find anything on ES Drake foundation or the artist. Thanks for any help at all.

    Thanks. You're probably right. Just wish I could find something about the foundation mentioned on the back. Thanks again.
