Help with signature on painting before I buy it, please

    This is sitting in a thrift store & I like it but can't figure out the artist's name!
    Can anyone tell me who the artist was & is it worth buying?
    Thank you!
    PS - Getting the photo from the store to here was a new discovery - took photo with phone & then emailed it to myself (1st time!) because I can't reduce a photo's size on my phone to post (yet - now I'm going to look at my phone's photo tools a little closer!)

    PSS - Sorry no photo of back Debora - it's large & on a high shelf; if the artist is a known artist & it's worth buying I promise to post a photo of the back!

    Kind of a very familiar scene and coloration...like I have seen it more then a few time before. ;)
