Help Identify Chinese Porcelain Plate Age and Value

Hello Porcelain Party People!

Please help identify this mark I searched Gotheborg and other mark identification site to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Plate measures about 9 3/4" in diameter and is about 1 1/2" deep. Hand painted cobalt blue. The plate has a substantial weight of 1lb 14.3oz.

Google Translate comes up with "Dechang Ceramics"

i think that's the factory name,and maybe late 20th century

 

De Chang Tao Ci and you're right it's mean de chang pottery/ceramic,it's factory name,i found this site in chinese

the oldest one is the early of republic period of 1950's,so best guess yours are late 20th or early 21th,cheers!

Silver Wolf is right: characters are "De Chang Tao Ci" --- De Chang Ceramic. Decorative, not much value I would say.
