Makers mark help on silver ring

    Found this adjustable ring in an inexpensive box lot. Marked sterling with a script D. Anyone recognize the mark? Looks a bit like Durgins but I don’t know if they made jewelry? Edit: just realized maybe it’s broken and not “adjustable” lol. Anyways now it’s adjustable ha. Pretty sure broken, couldn’t be comfortable to wear like that. Still curious as to maker.     Maybe take a photo against a plain white background? I like the sign, but it doesn't really work as a background for a ring.;)

    So that's the D.:) I had no idea what it looked like, but seeing the mark in the link, I think a US maker.

    If the D on Dagger's ring is like the D on the ring in inh's link, the D is in italics.

    I don't see italics I see normal script capital D.
