Lamp age?

    I picked up this lamp today while out shopping and am trying to find more information about it. It has a stamp on the bottom that has "308" in red. There is possibly another number in front of the 3 but I can't make out what it says. Any help would be great! Thanks!

    I'd guess a bit later but... Barely vintage, if that.
