Repousse Tray - Sri Lanka - India?

    Another one of my bits and pieces. A repousse brass tray, the diameter is 28 cm. Where do you think this tray comes from and how old is it? I tend towards Sri Lanka but I am not sure...

    Same here, possibly Sri Lanka. Mid 20th maybe?

    Thank you Any Jewelry, I have the impression that the hamsa bird appears a lot in Sri Lankan art.

    Yes, it is a symbol of wisdom in Buddhism. Four hamsas together in a roundel is also something you see in Sri Lankan art.
