Carnival Glass Bowl with Roosters

    Can anyone help me identify this Carnival Glass Bowl with Roosters ? Measures 11 inches across and sits 3-1/4 inches tall at the high spot of the rim. Looks like good wear to the base so I think it's old. A friend's mom owns it and wants to sell it but I have no idea of the pattern, maker or value.
