Beautiful decanter with sterling overlay. Help with make!

    Hello All! Happy Holidays!

    I was hoping to take advantage of your expertise and see if anyone can help me identify this beautiful decanter with what seems like a sterling silver overlay on the base. There is a marking at the bottom but it seems a little faded and I can’t make it out, I’ve also tried to look for the symbols on the sterling part with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
