    Fairly recent Italian. Pretty.
    Since it has no hallmarks, I wonder if the '14KT' means it is gold plated rather than solid gold?

    The mark is 14K ITALY and then what looks like a Bin a circle

    Yes, I see that, but those are a maker's mark and a fineness mark. Both cast by the maker.
    Hallmarks are official government controlled assay and/or fineness marks. Italy also has official regional or town assay marks and maker's marks.

    That 14KITALY mark shows up on Asian copies, so be wary.
