majolica candlesticks, unmarked. Any idea who made?

    These don't look terribly old - how recent could they be?
    Despite the little chippyness, they don't appear to have any use wear or scuffing on the base. Most of the "dirt" I see on the base looks like the brown outer glaze. I'm not sure I've ever seen these sort of open bottoms before.
