Someone should be along to help. Meanwhile, can you put pics of the bottom/base and other sides/angles to help with identification?

I don't have the item in hand until Saturday when I pickup my won items. I'll do a finds post too because I purchased some interesting items (in my mind anyways!) I never knew there was such a thing as a lipstick holder....the things I never knew I needed LOL!! I will do some looking on Ebay etc as I'm all about resale....Wondering about value......I paid $7 for the lot so ????

Lipstick holder for sure. I have one here in a different design and sold a few.
That green part at the bottom looks different than others I have seen.
Look for a mark on the base, sometimes there is one, sometimes not.

I've had one of these. They came in sets with other onyx bits, like cigarette boxes, lighters and such. Powder bowls too.

I think Art Deco is a bit ambitious, style and period-wise.;)

My 90 year old plus neighbor has one on her dresser top. A different one than the OP but the same idea.

So what style is it considered if not art deco?
