Mason's plate bit unique

    No idea where I am going with this. Parents gave it to me a few weeks ago.

    It was given to my dad when he was a young lad by a gypsy working on our hop farm near Bromyard uk. He told him to look after it as it was rare. In today's world it would not even make a factory second. Probably early to mid 1800s. Any thoughts.
