Chinoiserie Piece

    Hi all:

    Any info on this piece would be appreciated. I can't make out the writing on the mark and it photographs blurry no matter the magnification. The piece is about 8.75" tall x 5.25" from outside handle across. the base is about 4" in diameter.

    Looks like oil lamp but could very well serve as a bud vase. I think I'll repurpose it as a small lamp. Will have to weight it down though.

    Yup, a modern Chinese pseudo mark. Often seen as "Victoria Ironstone".
