It’s about 2 1/2 feet tall. I got it at an estate sale.

Also, does anyone have any Recommendations for refinishing the top or making the drawer more secure? It’s a bit loose.

    Thanks!

I can see using it as an end table today, but it may have been a "work table" when first built.

Beautiful curly maple. Match Howard's Restore-A-Finish to the right hue then go after that table top with all deliberate speed.

Mid-19th century (1840s-1850s), Sheraton, very nice figured maple ( might be birdseye & looks like it's solid not veneered) on aprons and drawer front, should clean up very well.
Looks like cherry for the top & legs, popular combo back then with figured maple, makes for a pleasing contrast.

The workmanship and curly maple, suggest to me, country made in the NE. While living in upstate NY years ago, these were common in antique shops being sold as 19th C Federal Sheraton nightstand work tables. AH, the good ole days! With the black ink stains in the drawer, it may have been used as a small writing table with a lamp.
