Anna, we will need photographs of the entire piece and not just the marks.

This last one is better. Let me tag someone who can interpret both Chinese and Japanese characters.

The ladies under the tree are in Chinese clothing. The paint looks 20th century. Beyond that I'm clueless.

It reads "yishu taoqi," or "artistic pottery" above, below, the characters read "yi taili" and the writing looks like it was done by a non-Chinese person.
Yitaili could be a "Chinese name" given to a foreigner, adaptation of a foreign name. The brushwork/strokes on the painting also don't look Chinese, even it the pics are not all that clear. I wanna guess this might be a foreigner trying his/her hand at chinoiserie? And I'd say fairly recent... Maybe someone interning at some Chinese porcelain factory?
I'm going out on a limb here but that's my gut feeling... And of course I might be wrong.

Appears to be late 20th Century at earliest.
