Carnival Glass Dish

    This Carnival Glass Dish is in perfect condition - so is it new? or has it just been extremely well cared for. Is there a name for the pattern? Who made it? It is 8" long by 4.5" wide by 2.25" high.

    Imperial glass did a pinwheel pattern in marigold but this really reminds me of something Indiana glass would have made.
