Any ideas on who this artist is. I've been searching for over 10 years . Terrible aren't I

I've tried for years and still can't find this artist any help would be great!

 

The signature looks like "Garry". The painting looks like one of those "starving artist" mass-produced types, which would have no more than nominal decorative value.

Editing to add: For those that may not know, there were a lot of "starving artist" shows in the 1980s/90s that I remember in my part of the USA. They'd be advertised on local TV and were pop-up "shows" that rented space in a conference hall or the like. I remember going to one. I walked into this huge room full of paintings... Aisle 1 for seaside, Aisle 2 for cottage, Aisle 3 for still-life/fruit, etc. All paintings $20 (or the like).
I don't know if starving artist shows still exist?

 

It also appears to my eye to be a decorative painting, in which case Garry is a non de brosse. Anything on the back?

It might also read something like C. Tarry.

I think there were some Starving Artist shows around here but we went to some called Collectors Art, usually held in hotel conference centers. They had things from low dollar (my kids got to pick something for their rooms) to higher priced decorative pieces for the grown-ups.

I haven't seen one of those shows in a looooong time, but decorator/sofa/ at-by-the-yard art is eternal.
