This is a figurine of the same woman. I wonder who she is ... if she is a known character, fictional or real?

 

Same mold, different paint job. Could be an actual woman; just as likely the artist's creation. The fact that there are multiples does not in itself indicate she is someone identifiable.

so my question is: what is the relationship between Meissen and Royal Vienna? Did they sell them blanks? or vice versa?
