Hi fellow antiquers . . . or even not so antiquers. Can you help?

I acquired these two pieces to give as Christmas gifts. First, there is this ceramic punch bowl with six tulips around the lip. It is hand painted and has very nice craquelue in the white glaze. The bottom has the numbers 2360. It is about 12 inches in diameter and 10 inches high. 20181212_134939_resized.jpg

The second item is a nicely proportioned, tulip vase, satin glass, hand blown.
It has the hand etched markings: TU 892 55 2006 on the bottom. It is signed on the bottom edge with an engraving that could be the initials Art, C 20181212_135129_resized.jpg

TY! However, you're not done yet:rolleyes:......a full shot of the punch bowl and measurements.

Neither piece looks antique to me, but wait for others.
