Identify a chair

    Hi I came across this chair and was wondering if anyone knows the name of it! I think it might be a Horseshoe back chair but not too sure. Does anyone think they know the value of it too?

    Horseshoe could do, but often "tub" and the configuration makes it a corner chair first and foremost. I'd say 20s/30s.
