Help Identify Signature Artist Painting

Got this at a garage sale a few years ago still havent figured out the signature. Any help would be great thanks.

I see you had this up on TreasureNet in 2018. Sorry that you didn't have better results from either site.

 

I think it's mass-produced import art for the Venice tourist market. I doubt it's a real location and think that the signature is probably fictitious.

 

It has a stencil-like quality. Maybe it's a pochoir. I like it. Seems slightly melancholy. An attractive decorator piece.
