Hi there! I'm back with another clock! The back of the mirrored pendulum says "patented by F. Kroeber March 29 1881" and the little cast gong says "F.KROEBER NEW YORK". There are no markings on the face (other than the arrow marks in pencil lol) or the odd looking wooden case. Although the wood panel on the back has a brighter patch where a sticker maybe.. possibly.. once was??

I tried searching for an F. Kroeber clock with this kind of case and I'm stumped. All the F. Kroeber clocks I saw were very ornate. This ones pretty....... unrefined.

Anyone know if the F. Kroeber guts actually went inside this case? Any info is appreciated.

Case measures 15 1/4" tall, 8" at widest point.
