    Hi there, I have a few questions about this piece. The top portion looks like brass, but not sure about the base, since it is so textured on the underside, do you think it is all brass? It was made in Spain, when do you think it was produced and is there a name for this style or design? Thanks for any help!

    All brass, 1960s/70s. "Historicist" if you will (in that not contemporary), but no particular style.
