2nd sport medal pendant

this one is the 2nd medal, its 2.6 cm wide and 3 cm long, including eyes almost 4 cm long

this medal also seems to be marked by the eye. I think E or F then a cloverleaf and then D and at the bottom some more... or ....it is very difficult so I am very curious what you make of the photos.


this one is from an athletics relay race held on 14.4.1946 Paris. I also searched for hours but couldn't find any news/information about this match.


I would be very happy if you guys know something about this contest and the maker of the medal n share this info with me. and I'm looking for help with sales. how should I describe this medal which keywords use tags, what can I ask max for something like this.
