Is this what I have here please?
My research leads me to Czech sintered glass where gas is blown through glass to make this pitted bubbled effect.
Or am I way off? I can’t find too many examples so is there a different name for it?
    Tests as glass.
Any thoughts? Thanks for looking :)

Looks more like sponge coral to my eye.

I'd never heard of it, probably because it is a 20th century product. Interesting! Google thinks it is a potato.
