Could this be another GEN PAUL / LAUTRAL, E. art painting??

I found this piece of art at the same venue I found the previous lithograph
of clichy place by: EUGENE LAURAT.

I compared the technique with a litho named montmarte paris street scene and it seems to be the same. Some friend said that it might be a gouache painting from an era called the television era. Some of his last paintings..
