Featured Really odd prayer/worry beads.

Just wondering if anyone can shed light on these beads please? They are a mixture of amber x2, unknown amber looky-likey x9, MOP x1 and glass x1.
There is a coin attached too.
I wonder if @daveydempsey could please tell me which country it’s from and approximate age as that may help with the rest of the beads?. I think it is a Rial but confused if Iranian, Omani, Yemeni or ?? from my basic research.
The bead that is really odd is the glass one with the red on it. The red is within the glass not on the surface.
It sounds weird but if you look from the end and turn it slowly the red looks like it moves and it bleeds into the yellow like liquid around the hole. I wish I could get a video to load on here as it’s peculiar, a bit like those old lenticular pictures.
Any thoughts on any of these beads please?

Peculiar bead. Both photos taken from the same end. As you turn it the red moves.
