    Could you guys help me with what this says? Its age? Or use?? And well what the marking means?? And what it would be worth.

    It is an albarello, looks to be a 20th century reproduction. The text will be Latin for whatever ingredient/medicine it is supposed to be for. Mark is some form of pseudo old Italian style.

    edit: probaly says 'Unguent'

    the little marking on the bottom, likely from
    Production?

    Albarello were traditionally made of pottery. Yes, the mark was likely put on at time of manufacture.
