Welcome to the Forum, David! :)
Wowza!! That’s some lamp! Others should be along who can help. Maybe it would be helpful if you show the underneath and the end of plug. Also, any marks?

There seems to have been a surge in these type of lamps in the 50s -60's. . some have snidely refereed to them as 'bordello lamps'. When you take a good look at them, they're somewhat impressive with the number of components, design and effect they present.... neat conversation piece that look good when placed correctly.

Agree with Drew. It's a mid-century piece. Looks like plated spelter.

Could you imagine the chore it would be to have to dust that thing?!

60s for sure. Probably Italian or US made with Italian components.

It weighs a ton!!! No identifiable marks that I've found. The top center light socket has been replaced with a modern socket. The switch is a 3 position which turns on the top only, the 2 sides only then all 3. Definitely something from the "red light" district I feel!!! Here's the plug.

The glass elements look more Czech to me. I have no idea whether this seller knows their stuff or not, but this is described as French with Czech fruit & flowers:

'Hollywood regency' also seems to cover things like yours. Personally, I love it.
