Can anyone make out signature on golf course print?

    This was another print I found at a local thrift store yesterday - at first I thought it was maybe a golf course architect's rendering until I saw there were 200 copies made + it had such a cool look & colors.

    Can anyone tell who the artist was?

    Was this meant as art or maybe just as a souvenir players could buy in the pro shop of that golf course?
