Hello friends. I found this almost 15" pipe at a local store. It was labeled on the tag as an an opium pipe. I'm not seeing ones online that look exactly like this. It does look old to me. Is this just a decorative tchotchke? Thanks for any directions!

so, while I can't say for sure that it's traditional or useable .......it may be indeed what it proprts to be .....
