Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

I tend to let those who are better with Marks in particular try to figure them out, and I try to see if there are any OTHER markings on items that I may be able to help with.....and of course I'm NOT always successful!!! I took and stayed with the same orientation of your saucer bottom, and enlarged a portion where I thought I might have seen a signature......it's still only a possibility! Top image is inverted, Bottom image is normal, but BOTH are enlarged.....I "Think" I'm seeing "K Mill...." or "K Will...."and then not sure of the rest......Also not sure if it's of any help!!!!

    Hi Ernest and welcome!

As it appears you're in the UK I pulled out Yates-Owen & Fournier's British Studio Pottery Marks book in case you haven't checked there. I'm dreadful at using it. The closest I found was Terence Turnbull though not exactly right and I certainly have no idea if it's correct or exactly what he makes.

Anyway, this is it if it helps your research.

Hi to all who replied to this post and many thanks, I don't think it's Turnbull, there is no stud or dot in the centre of the cross on any of the cups and saucer, however on one of the cups the base but very faint and hard to see what looks like CORNW. I will examine them all again, will come back post if anything new pops up, best Ernest.
