Help with signature on this speckled blue bud vase

    Blue bud Vase.JPG Blue bud Vase2.JPG Blue bud Vase3.JPG Found at an estate sale over the weekend. Didn't pay a lot but thought it might be special with the signature on the bottom. Its 5 1/2 inches tall and weighs 309 grams. Anyone know the maker? Blue bud Vase.JPG

    It would be helpful it you could peel the felt pads so it could be seen better (without peeling the sig.)
