Chinese Soapstone Brushwasher

    Not right for a cup. Is this a brushwasher? Stands 1 3/4" tall measures 3 1/4" x 2 3/4" and is 1 1/4" deep.

    2 things make me say not a brushwasher. 1. little to no ink residue inside. 2. too short.
