Hey y'all!! I need a little help with who may have decorated this punch set. The "R" site has it as Indiana Rainbow but Craig Schenning author of A Century of Indiana Glass says it is not Indiana. With a little help elsewhere it has been determined to be Jeannette Mayflower, which was plain clear glass. Hoping one of the glass gurus may have an idea as to who may have decorated it. Punch Bowl is about 12" dia. x 5" high. Cups are 2 1/2" tall x 3" dia. Thank you.

This is lovely. I can see this used as a summer picnic gathering or perhaps a baby shower for the adults. Looks terrific and great photos.

That is hand's down the coolest punch set I've ever seen.

(Can't help with maker, wait for others.)

I have solid proof now that it is Jeannette Mayflower which came in crystal(1964). I have some correspondence with replacements who are now saying it is also Gailstyn Company after I corrected them about being Jeannette Mayflower. I'm not familiar with Gailstyn. From Replacements "
We have never had the pitcher in stock or a picture of it except from lit. The Rainbow is also Gailstyn Company. We don’t carry a Mayflower by Jeanette. Thanks." Jeannette Mayflower.jpg

Great document! You can't argue with catalogs! I've seen the Feather in a solid pink, but nothing like yours. It demands a sherbet-based punch, doesn't it? OTOH, the Fruit Design punchbowl, or something very similar, seems like a staple in every 2nd hand store.

Further research leads me to believe that Gailstyn was a distributor. The Washington Company may be the best candidate as to decorator

this decor was made popular by West Virginia Glass Specialty in their 'Blendo' line; you'll find multiple listing of this punch set at WP as 'Blendo' due to the similarities. My guess would be Jeannette may have done the decoration, as several companies copied the Blendo effect; Libbey had a similar line called 'Satin'...

Thank you Don. I did find one other being called Blendo but I didn't believe it was. I think it odd that I'm unable to find very many examples of this set.
