Small Vase - Japan or China? - Oriental Mark?

    Hello everyone - I picked up this vase recently and am trying to figure out age and country of origin. It stands 4 7/8" tall. I've gone through both the Japanese and Chinese marks section of Gotheborg's but haven't had any luck turning it up. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, all.

    Looks 20th C. Japanese to me, but I have no idea what the marks read....sorry!
