Antique Wood Spindle Brace Back Chair - ID, Value?

It was in my family for over 50 years. There are maker’s marks and numbers on the underside, see photos. I cannot make out the manufacturer’s name. Can you identify this for me and tell me the kind of wood and if it has any value?

    Dimensions: 37” high from floor to top
    Height to seat is 17”
    Width in front is 16 3/4”
    Seat depth us 14 3/4”

    I wonder how many furniture companies there were in Long Island City back in the day?

    Variation on a Windsor chair. Think 30s or so. Value is nil in this condition. Having a new rush seat put on would exceed value even without the needed wood repairs.
