Found this painting today hunting my local thrift store; I'm pretty sure it's signed Fars, but looking up Fars artist - I got a gallery & someplace in Iran!
Has anyone heard of this artist?
    Thoughts on latest painting?
2nd piece was a happy surprise(!) - it's a limited edition litho by artist Roy Grinnell titled Yeager's Conquest Mach 1 and signed by both Grinnell and Chuck Yeager!
The only issue - and my only question; it has a drop of paint that dripped on the glass! 1 drop, but how do I get it off (I tried scraping it with my finger nail but it's stubborn!), please?
Thanks in advance & I hope you like the Yeager piece as much as I do!

Single-edged razor blade with paint. But gently.

Rainy night in Paris. (That's the Moulin Rouge in Montmartre to the left.) Decorative. (Sorry.)

It looks more like Fers. Those mid century Paris street scene paintings sell from $50 to up into the thousands depending on the artist, the scene and the size. I would change the frame.

Just a slight clarification. The Grinell print is a lithographic reproduction produced in a rather large "limited" edition. The value is essentially in the signatures assuming they are actually signed by hand (or by Grinell or Yeager themselves).
