    Whoever had the original negative could have had multiples printed for friends and acquaintances I suppose. I wonder who it was!

    The article looks like it is in Dutch, not German. I found the site from which you clipped the image. The word "Germany" actually is a header referring to what is below it. Your image is the second under "Holland." Just FYI... Good find!
