Chinese Altar/Coffer table… value??

Not sure about this one. Repop or mixture of old and new???
Any ideas or advice?

The good old pieces are mortise tenon and/or dowel construction -no screws. Yours fits nicely with older.

I see poor construction...
bad painting
lacklustre carving
cast off wood boards
poor fit and finish

it looks like poorly made crap to me.....

85 dollars and I will not help carry it out to the truck !

first thought was a Korean Low Table also used for writing by old people on their knees. they are stowed outside with the square low tables where normally the women sat on in front of the house. still to be seen in the country villages.
