Just inherited a vintage cameo after my grandmother passed. I’m having trouble identifying what I think is a maker’s mark... I bought a loop and was able to identify everything except this raskaly little symbol. The stamp (circled in yellow) is the symbol I can't identify followed by “V20 12K GF”. I have attached a photo of the cameo and my best depiction of the symbol. At first I was searching for “two dots” but I think it’s actually the indented section which is important (seeing as the rest of the text is indented). Any help would be greatly appreciated!! The frame is typically France. Perhaps an eagle?

12K GF wouldn't be a French mark. It's generally American, denoting that a thing is gold filled - plated, basically. I suspect the cameo is from Naples and the frame from the USA.

V20 is also used as a classification for heat treated steel in the German system. for the needle only perhaps.

Yep, 12 karat gold-filled. The maker is immaterial and would not provide any additional value.
I believe your cameo is no older than mid-20th century and possibly later 20th century. The carving quality is rather low end and so would be any resale price. Sorry, JMHO! Nevertheless, a nice little keepsake. :)

Her ski-jump nose tells the tale on age. ;)
