    Can I get opinions on who is the most collectible makers of silver novelties, whimsicals, vinaigrette, vest, etc. Who would be considered the most important and best?

    I think your question is too broad to answer.
    You have American, English, French etc.
    You have time periods.
    In each manufacturer you have different levels of work.

    Then you have the famous.
