Mixed Metal Parrot-Abalone Inlay. Value and Maker

I recently purchased a large bowl shaped like a parrot and it also has abalone inlay on it. I want to get the missing inlay replaced and I want to know the value of tray so I can know how much I can pay for the repairs. It about 20" inches long and has the following inscribed on the bottom. "Metales-Hecho En Mexico. Hand Wrought. 70"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sold for $59.99 (2017).

 

The eye on yours is a Mexican fire opal with a small area in the center that shows the "fire." It might be a little older than the other examples and maybe more desirable even with the missing abalone.
