a pair of yellow ware spaniels. Is there a way to tell if they're Rockingham or Bennington?

Might they be Bennington? or is Bennington always marked as such??? I inverted the bases.....I would clean the whitish areas as I think there's writing, as well as in the dark areas on BOTH of them! As they stand, the LEFT BASE goes with the LEFT dog, and the RIGHT BASE goes with the right dog.....the only thing I could mostly read was I thought on the RIGHT one it said maybe 1918.....but not positive.... 58738915_52D7EB5F2F6944269301C6A8D11DF966 (1).jpg

Wow thanks for all the effort guys! I am picking them up tomorrow so I should have better picks in a day or two. Very excited to find a matching pair and yellow ware is so awesome.

It does look like 1918 but those marks appear to be random splotches. Just picked them up they are hefty

I don't think they're Bennington. From my book on Bennington, the only spaniels shown were recumbent on plinths, and the dogs don't look like yours. Certainly Rockingham type glaze, though, and most attractive.
