Featured Murano Caged Glass?

    I picked this up at an estate sale this morning, to use on my patio. I started researching it and learned a new term: caged glass. Then I started seeing some examples of Murano caged glass items that look very similar to mine. So this stands about 7" tall and is about 6" diameter. It has two pieces. It's heavy, and I believe it's wrought iron because I can see the soldered parts. So what do I have? what do you all think?     You were seeing a lot of caged glass in the import stores a few years ago. I think yours to be one of those pieces.

    Some of these caged glass pieces are Made in Turkey.
