Anyone seen these before? 2 old Picasso 8 x 10 prints w/unusual (Pastel? Black light?) paint?

I found these Fri at a local thrift store. I thought they were old right away by the toning along the edge of the paper where it meets the frame, but what really got me was the colors of the paint - it almost glowed? with a luminescence quality (especially when I took the photographs with the flash).
Has anyone seen anything like these? They are smaller than others I've seen - visible art is 8" x 10" and w/frames are 15" x 11.75"
Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated!

I've seen the flowers one many times, don't remember the angel outline. The "toning" is the effect of acid in the mat and the cardboard backers discoloring the paper. Not sure what you mean by "old" but they are not antiques yet - within my lifetime for sure per the "58" date. Cheaply framed, mass produced copies, I am sorry to say.

Two of his most popular images in the 1970s because they were peace symbols. Often called 'Dove of Peace' and 'Bouquet of Peace.' Those are sure to be mass produced copies as above.

I know they are more - I've sold many (but larger) - but never with the color and/or paint/ink that hue(?)
