Pottery Vase De Cologne Bottle with Crown Stopper

Can anyone identify the pottery maker?
I'm guessing Zanesville Stoneware made the pottery bottle, but haven't been able to find this shape.

A speckled green glaze that's lighter colored around the edges and high points.

Height of the pottery vase: 5.75 inches
Height including stopper: 6.5 inches
Width of vase at widest point at base of handles:
3 inches
Diameter measuring across bottom: 2 inches




The gold hang tag says
VASE DE COLOGNE
on one side and
SPICE CARDINAL DISTRIBUTOR NEW YORK CONTENTS 3 OZS. on the other side.

The underside of the flat, disk shaped part of the stopper is marked:
WIRZ PAT NO 1,146,986 1,631,784

I can find lot's of info regarding the stopper, but sure am stumped as to the pottery maker.
