Info on "H Lecoyer" 19th C French Artist?

A couple months ago I purchased a pleasant 16"x13" oil painting of a river, trees, and field by an artist named "H Lecoyer" at auction. It was previously restored and mounted on a piece of particle board, however I just got around to framing it. The seller believes Lecoyer was a late 19th century/ early 20th century French artist but doesn't know much more.

The only information I've found has been a couple pages on a couple of his works. La Canche. Hst H Lecoyer. Near Le Touquet? Opal Coast. De Berck School - marine painting (proantic.com)

Have you heard of/know more about this artist?

Appreciate the help. I just can't seem to find much more than those couple links. The auction listing referred to Lecoyer as an "obscure" French painter so we may not have any luck learning more about him. Just thought I would see if anyone else has bumped into another one of his works, a distant relative, etc...
